Founded by Monte and Dena Davis, the Davis Company is an investment real estate and property management company that specializes in single-family investment homes, duplexes, fourplexes and other small multifamily buildings. The vast majority of the company's clients are out of town investors who entrust the Davis Company with their investments.

Monte and Dena moved to Austin from California in 2000, at which time they began investing in the Austin real estate market. Monte has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1978 (now on inactive status) and both he and Dena are licensed Real Estate Agents in Texas.

The Davis' started their management company because they wanted to provide their clients with a turnkey solution for their investment real estate needs. They only manage properties that they sell - they do not compete with other property managers for clients. The Davis Company is solely focused on taking the best possible care of a select handful of clients.
