Greenbury

Greenbury Village is a small peaceful neighborhood tucked into the southwest corner of the Presidential Meadows neighborhood, north of 290 and east of 973. Greenbury mostly features midsize homes that are very reasonably priced. This is a well-established community dates back to 2003, and construction was completed around 2006. This community is welcoming, family friendly and pet friendly. The residents enjoy beautifying their front yards and gardens with landscaping that invites lingering conversations with neighbors. 

Manor Texas is a small city just east of Austin, Texas in Travis County. Many families are discovering Manor because it is so close to downtown Austin, Texas yet property prices there are so much lower than downtown or central Austin. In 10 minutes you can be in Austin from Manor. The current population of Manor is only about 10,000. Major employers around Manor are Dell, Samsung, and Applied Materials.  

 Nearby, grab a bite to eat at Cafe 290 or El Pollo Rico. While there is plenty of shopping, dining and recreation right there in Manor, residents love that Tech Ridge Shopping Center is a quick 11-mile drive to Target, Gold’s Gym, Hobby Lobby and an HEB grocery store. 

The Manor ISD serves the students of Greenbury. The neighborhood has an on-site elementary school with Presidential Meadows Elementary (PK-5) for younger students while older students attend Manor Middle (6-8) and Manor High School (9-12). Private school options include Creative World Learning Center (PK), just 2 miles away, and Austin Peace Academy (PK-12), a 12-mile drive.
