Rehab Projects and Flipping

The Davis Investment team has successfully remodeled and flipped more than 50 homes in the Austin area. We have an established an efficient turn-key process that works. From helping to acquire loans for purchase, property selection, rehab financing, contracting, project management, final staging and marketing for sale, Davis Investment team has a successful system that has been tested over time.
We consider our investor-clients as partners, and we are with you from start to finish. We realize that many investors who come to us don't have experience in rehabbing or don't have time to do this kind of project. Here are some ways we can assist you in succeeding in a renovation and flip.
• Find you the right deal
We make a consistent effort to locate properties that meet the criteria for a successful flip and the best return for your investment. We have our fingers on the pulse of Austin MLS listings so that you don't have to. We also attend monthly foreclosure auctions, and we have a vast network of referrals of non-marketed properties.
We keep on top of the market and look for the best properties to buy in the most desirable areas in Austin for investing. We know which features and upgrades are the most desirable to buyers in specific areas, so you will be well positioned when you resell.
We choose properties wisely. We look for location first, then the criteria for return on investment. We're your partner on these investments flips, so we have a stake in with you.
• Help estimate the repairs
Keep in mind that typical renovations often go over budget or do not get completed on schedule. We'll not only work to accurately estimate your costs, we have vetted a team of able and trustworthy contractors to do the work - and stay on schedule.
We do not do "lipstick remodels." Our work is well known in the Austin community for outstanding workmanship. And our track record shows it.
• Assist you in finding initial money for your investment
The Davis Investment team will refer you to trusted lenders that specialize in purchase rehab loans. We will also partner with you and the lender if needed, and secure appropriate financing that includes the rehab cost.
