Turtle Creek

Turtle Creek Village, also known simply as Turtle Creek, is one of Round Rock's most affordable master-planned communities. 
Cottage style homes and town-homes make up Turtle Creek Village. Homes feature covered front porches, white picket fences and pastel paint on the outside. Exteriors are brick and siding with two car garages. Open floor plans, high ceilings, laundry rooms, granite countertops, hardwood floors and spacious master suites inside make for comfortable living. Kitchens feature stainless appliances and great ergonomics.  The National builder offers homes in over 20 floor plans that range from 1,200 square feet up to 2,200 square feet. Turtle Creek offers a very active community for residents with easy access to hike and bike nature trails, scenic open spaces, and family oriented common areas including a clubhouse. Turtle Creek Village is centrally located to some of Round Rock's best parks, like Clay Madsen Park, which has a large recreation center on its grounds. An HEB Plus grocery store is just outside the neighborhood in the Palm Market Center, and La Frontera Village Shopping Center is less than 6 miles from most homes. Shopping here includes an Old Navy, Sam's Club, Kohl's, Lowes, Walmart and several casual restaurants such as Olive Garden and Chipotle Mexican Grill. Dining out is fun with a multitude of restaurants in nearly every direction! In nearby Pflugerville, shopping is convenient at the Stone Hill Shopping Center that includes a Target, Home Store, and Cinemark Movie Theater. 

Round Rock ISD serves students living in Turtle Creek. Residents appreciate having Callison Elementary (K-5) adjacent to the neighborhood allowing some students to walk or bike to school. Older students attend CD Fulkes Middle School (6-8) and Cedar Ridge High School (9-12). Private school options include Round Rock Christian Academy (K-12) and Round Rock Montessori School (PK-K), both under 5 miles from most homes.
