Amie Portis, Buyers Agent: 

Amie is a professional buyer’s agent for the firm.  She is knowledgeable in the Austin real estate investment market. Evaluating the investor’s needs, locating and showing properties that fit those specific criteria, Amie identifies positive and negative issues related to the investment property to ensure an educated decision is being made. She advises the investor on how to structure an offer and how to keep in tune with the current market.   Presenting an offer to the seller and/or seller's agent, she negotiates on behalf of the investor.   She refers the investor to one of our preferred lenders as part of securing funding for the investment as well as attends the investors closing and refers to trusted vendors that will be necessary to complete the ultimate investment transaction.

Omar Davis, Buyers Agent:

Omar has experience in the evaluation and selection of investment properties. As an investor himself, he understands the concerns that each investor holds. His approach is to first listen to the goals of the client. Then he will spend time educating and expanding the options for each client
