About Monte Davis
Monte is a licensed Realtor and has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate investment business. He owns investment properties in Austin, and a large portion of his real estate career is devoted to investors. Monte enjoys his role as an educator whose job is to transfer knowledge of the subtle nuances of the city for clients to create a greater understanding of real estate investing.
About Dena Davis
Dena is the firm’s broker, and she spearheads marketing to sell investment properties. Using proprietary systems and unparalleled expertise, she works to get sellers the most value for their properties.

We take an educational approach to investment property buying and selling. We get to know our clients and learn about their goals and needs. We truly care about the success of each client – not the amount of inventory we can push. We make our living by representing you as an investor, and our business is based on return clients. We may even suggest NOT buying a property based on your goals and situation. Whatever the case, we represent you.
For example, we’ll ask the following questions when representing you as a buyer:
- Where can we find the highest appreciation rate for the amount of money that you have to invest?
- What will it cost to own this asset over time?
- How much cash flow is possible from this investment?
- What is the likely quality of the tenant base that this asset will attract?
Our Philosophy
We always keep in mind that any investment should be undertaken with the knowledge that there is risk. So should you. The defining factor of success with real estate is simple. Education is fundamental. Investors must do their research and work in conjunction with a tested team of experts. Real estate investing operates exactly like any other investment in this way.
There are no “get rich quick” scenarios. Let the buyer beware. There is risk.
