Monte Davis, Principal, REALTOR®
Experience: Monte’s real estate career has been devoted to investors 1978. He also owns and manages his own investment property portfolio here in Austin.
Approach: In real estate investing there are decisions that have to be made that are complicated and case-specific. As with ANY type of investment, there are risks. Keeping this in mind, Monte takes an educational approach to buying or selling investment property. Through his 30+ years of experience and knowledge of the Austin market, Monte provides his client’s with the information they need to help minimize those risks. He may even suggest NOT buying a property based on the client's goals and situation. Whatever the case, he represent You, the client.

Becky Bivins, REALTOR®, Operations Manager &

environment organized. She provides
client support before, during, and after each transaction. She also owns and manages her own investment
portfolio.
Amber Reyes, REALTOR®: Amber specializes in residential and investment properties. Over 100 transactions under her belt coupled with her extensive knowledge in acquisition, sales, leasing, and property management, it is no small wonder that she has positioned herself as one of Austin’s top real estate professionals over the past 5+ years. The combination of her honorable work ethic and insight into the Austin market make her an agent we are proud to have on our team.
Gary Evans, REALTOR®: Gary is a Real Estate Consultant with over 25 years of experience helping buyers, sellers and investment clients. He is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), a Certified Location Specialist and a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. He is a Member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Austin Association of Realtors. Gary is a 1970 graduate of the University of Texas and has a MA Degree from George Washington University. He is proud to live in Austin with his wife, Angela, who is a Professor at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, University of Texas.
Lisa Dylla, Contract to Close Coordinator: Lisa brings more than 20 years of experience in the Central Texas real estate industry. With experience ranging from appraisals and title work to mortgage processing, she has deep relationships with escrow officers, lenders, inspectors, and others that allow her to process contracts smoothly. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
