Experience

Positioned on the edge of Texas Hill Country's beautiful landscape in Travis County's 78749 zip code, this community has over 5,800 homes within several neighborhoods including Enclave Estates, Park Place, Vintage Place and Wildflower Park, just to name a few. The development is enormously popular since blossoming from the pristine lands of the original Circle C working farm and ranch. Circle C Ranch is only about 12 miles south of the city and adjacent to a major north/south connector road known as MoPac Expressway or TX-1 Loop.

Residents appreciate having access to extraordinary amenities within the community. Joggers, bicyclists, and parents with strollers all enjoy safe passage between the protected lanes and wide sidewalks of the Circle C Ranch. Many enjoy sports at Circle C Metropolitan Park, a 500-acre green space; learning about Texas plants at Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center; and biking on The Veloway. The park has soccer and playing fields, hiking trails, a large shaded playground, and what is considered by many to be Austin's best disc golf course.

Circle C residents also enjoy the 18-hole Grey Rock Golf Course & Tennis Center nearby. In the late Spring, neighborhood kids can join swim team at the two aquatic centers with the only heated outdoor Olympic-sized lap pools in Texas. The Circle C Ranch neighborhood association offers an online newsletter to keep residents abreast of upcoming events. Conveniently located off TX-1 / MoPac Expressway and Escarpment Boulevard, residents can find what they need within the Circle C Ranch community. Escarpment Village, the town center for Circle C has an HEB grocery store, several casual restaurants, KidSpa Child Care Center, and several banks, making it easy to get errands done quickly close to home.
