Twin Creeks Country Club Homes For Sale

Twin Creeks Country Club

Experience

Twin Creeks is a Cedar Park master-planned community just 28 miles from Downtown Austin. The community began development on the “Old Jack Dies Ranch” in 2008 on the western boundary of Cedar Park in Williamson County's 78613 zip code. The Dies Ranch Treasure Cave Preserve is a lot that was set aside to protect one of the most impressive cave entrances in the Buttercup Creek area.

Easily accessible to major roadways, the community opens onto Anderson Mill Road as it heads north to intersect with Cypress Creek Road in Cedar Park. Twin Creeks commuters can follow Lakeline Boulevard to the CapMetro Station into Downtown Austin. For those driving to the city, US-183A Toll Road to TX-1 Loop S / MoPac Expressway are the roads into Downtown Austin. Lakeline Mall, less than 5 miles away, has everything residents need for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Also close by is the popular Alamo Drafthouse Theater and the Trails at 620 Movie House and Eatery. Twin Creeks residents may also enjoy taking in college sports or theater productions at nearby Concordia University, located just 5-10 minutes west of the neighborhood. Residents can enjoy resort-style living, with quick access to water skiing and sailing at Lake Travis nearby, and it’s only a couple of minutes’ drive to the acclaimed Travaasa Spa. The double benefit of Hill Country beauty and recreation and convenient location near major employers and shopping, makes Twin Creeks a popular community for house hunters in the northwest Austin/Cedar Park/Volente areas.

Built between 2008 and 2015 by a number of Austin’s most renown builders, Twin Creek homes feature updated traditional brick, stone and stucco exteriors and range from 2,000 to over 5,000 square feet in size. The 1 to 3-story designs and 3 to 6-bedroom floor plans make these homes attractive to homebuyers looking in the Anderson Mill Road area.  Homes at the higher end of the range feature larger lots, greater square footage with numerous upgrades, and they typically back to the Balcones Canyonland Preserve or golf course. The neighborhood is known for rolling hills and panoramic vistas. The well-manicured lawns and fine homes offer a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Homes in the neighborhood includes modern single family residences, custom estate homes, golf course view homes and luxury town homes. The Reserve at Twin Creeks is the larger lot and view section of the neighborhood. These stately homes were the last section to be completed with homes built as recent as 2018.
